Is there an easy way to delete/edita food you entered

either incorrectly meal wise, amount wise, or didn’t consume at all

Yes, but the process differs across platforms. On the web, click the "minus" button to the right of the food in the log to delete and just click on the food to edit the amount. In the Android app, press and hold to delete, and click on the food to edit the amount. In the iOS app, I believe you swipe on the food to delete, but I don't know which direction.

Which version of MFP are you using: Web browser, Android app, Apple iOS app? It makes it easier for other MFP users to help you if we know what version you're using.
In the Android app, long press a food in your diary to get a pop-up that includes a delete option for that line of your diary. If you want to delete more than one line, click on the 3-dots on the diary header line at top right, then click "edit diary". That will put a check box next to each line. Check the box of anything you want to delete, then click the trash can in the upper right.
To edit a line item - quantity for example - you click on its line item in the Android app. The long-press pop-up also gives you an option to move the item from one meal to a different meal, too.
Apple app should be similar, though I think maybe Apple users swipe on a single item to delete it, rather than long-pressing. Not sure, don't have Apple.
Web browser, if you want to delete a single diary line, click on the red minus sign to the right of that line in your diary. I don't know of a way to delete in the web browser version, other than one item at a time. If there is a way, maybe someone else knows it.
To edit an item in the web browser version, you also just click on the line item in the name area. That will give you a pop-up where you can change quantity or move it to a different meal.
Just as a piece of background, when you post questions here in the Community, you're pretty much only talking to other MFP users like you, not to MFP staff. The staff couldn't possibly keep up with all the posts. There are a couple of areas in the Community they routinely read, but this isn't one.
Most of your fellow users will be happy to answer questions for you, but it helps us help you if you provide full details relevant to the question, such as what version you're using when it's a technical question, or your demographic details if you're questioning something like calorie goal. That helps us help you, while being a little more efficient with our time.
Best wishes!
