Anyone gain weight from recovering

I had 2 knee replacements and my L shoulder replacement done from January 2024-January 2025. I was heavy pre-op but have gained 31 pounds since the surgeries. I also went into Atrial fibrillation during this time. I’ve had 3 cardio versions and an ablation since then. I really need some motivation and direction. The first week which was last week I gained weight. Right now I have another ablation scheduled on August 25th. I am to fatigued to exercise much. Praying for a miracle!!!! Terry FL💐🌷🌺
