    If that's your choice, go for it! But do NOT assume you have to eat nothing but "rabbit food" in order to lose weight. I'm down 42lbs from my high point, and along the way I have continued to eat a daily dessert, weekly donuts before church, and monthly pizza and burgers. You do not have to hate your food to lose weight; in fact, that will usually backfire, because after only a matter of days/weeks you will get fed up with that lifestyle and quit. But if we craft a meal plan you can at least tolerate, if not actually enjoy, then you'll be more likely to stick with it for months, and be satisfied with the weight lost during that span.
