Wellllll . . . no, not the same. I'm a little old lady of 5'5" and around 59kg, which relatively speaking is just a little heavier than you want to be.
Here's the thing: At age 17, you're not even supposed to join here. The reason is that someone your age needs quite different calories and nutrition from fully-grown, fully-mature adults. There are also exercise issues that are different for young people.
The generic answer to your question is that you would need to eat somewhat more calories than it takes to maintain your current weight, but ideally not lots more calories. You can work on gradually eating more until you see the scale start to creep up slowly over a period of weeks. Seeing a multi-week increase trend around a quarter kilo per week would be a good aim, IMO.
Best health and appearance result from more of the gain being useful muscle, and less of it being body fat. (At your weight, it's probably fine for some of it to be body fat.) To slant your gains toward useful muscle, you would want to get regular exercise, especially strength exercise, and get most of your calories from things that deliver good nutrition, especially enough protein.
I see that you're female, as am I. If you're worried about strength exercise making you "too bulky", don't be. It's a gradual process for women (unless they take dangerous performance enhancing drugs), so you can keep working at it until you reach a look you like. It'll be fine.
Given your age, I'd encourage you to speak with someone knowledgeable about nutrition and body composition in your age group. That might be your pediatrician, a school nurse, a trusted health teacher or sports coach - someone like that used to working with people your age.
Please get some expert advice from someone experienced in working with young people. Wishing you success with your goals, and a path of lifelong thriving that can result from that!
