Fitness Tracker

Why can't I connect my fitness tracker to myfitnesspal? I go into the tab to connect tracker, touch fitbit, hit connect, get a menu to pick what I want, get a tiny screen I can hardly read, hit fitbit, goes back to menu to pick what I want and the same screens keep coming up over and over. I just purchased a fitbit charge 6 from a fitbit blaze where I never had a problem. I reset my charge 6, turned my phone off, logged out of my fitness pal and logged back in. Nothing seems to work.

    Following. I’m having the same problem with connecting my Surge 2 to MyFitnessPal… says FitBit is connected, but nothing actually updates on MyFitnessPal - I’ve never connected before so not sure if I should expect to see my steps appearing in MyFitnessPal anyway… should I?
