Hi Julie,
It's always a good day to start to begin taking care of yourself! I am proud of you for taking the first step. I started using the app a couple of weeks ago. The food tracking has been a real eye opener. It's helping me make better food choices. Yesterday, I used the appt to help me hold myself back because my daughter choose to eat at Spring Creek Barbeque for her birthday. I was busy checking the macros for brisket, sausage, and chicken. I compromised and got lean brisket instead of my fav, sausage. I am counting that as a win:)
