What do you mean? Are you talking about logging food or any mealplan you purchased?

Look, what is on USA? I think you need to be a bit more clearer with what you're trying to achieve. We're not working for mfp, but just people passionate about this forum, and trying to help where possible. But we don't know what you mean.

if you’re talking about types of foods, it’s all one giant database.

If you’re talking types of weight/height measurements (metric, stone, imperial) then go to your profile page and select what type of measurement you prefer).

If you’re talking food weight, there’s drop down boxes on each food where you can change from ounces to grams (or vice versa). I do find however, that sometimes the conversions can get a little wonky, so I prefer to find foods that default to my chosen type of measurements.

I think it's the meal plan thingie from premium+.

If so, I don't know the answer, but asking in the MyFitnessPal Tech Support Questions part of the Community might be more likely to get responses. You could also check the MyFitnessPal Academy section, and look for help there.
