How do we get actual support?

I have been dealing with "tech support" for about five weeks and there has been zero assistance. Is there somewhere we can complain about this??
It seems to me that the alleged support is really a firewall between customers and actual help...

It appears that you've received numerous replies from our support team. Please continue to communicate with the support agent via email and make sure to provide any necessary information they have requested to escalate your concern.

I have indeed received numerous replies but none of them has addressed the problem! The last one asked for a heap of information which I sent, and then I was told they needed more but they didn't tell me what. I've asked what more they need but got no reply.
After years of paying for a premium subscription, the only time I need assistance I don't seem to be able to get it. It would be good if the person I was talking to seemed to understand the problem, instead of sending me things that are not relevant.
As you say, this has persisted over numerous emails and four weeks full stop that's not support...
Can we get someone else to look at my problem?
