I am not new here, but I haven’t been here in seven years. It’s been a road full of ups and downs but the end of the road has left me fat. Currently living with my in laws, no car, no job, I stay at home with my mom in law and kids and manage home while my husband works. It’s been great in a sense I’ve had so much time to spend doing what I like but that time has been at a computer desk mostly playing games.


sad but it is the truth lol. So now I notice that I’m hurting physically whenever I need to do things. I’m wearing 4x clothing and they still feel tight sometimes. It’s not a great feeling and so I’m back to make a start towards feeling better.


the goals here are all about feeling better. At this point I don’t care about weight and measurements or anything. Just don’t want to feel like crap when I walk for 10 minutes.
