Tracker connection

Hello!! I recently started back up on myfitnesspal and for the life of me, I cannot connect my fitbit! It keeps saying I cannot have more than 1 per acct. There is no devices list. Help!

It's very possible that you may have accidentally created more than one MyFitnessPal account in the past, and your Fitbit is linked to a different account. Currently, you can only have Fitbit linked to one MyFitnessPal account at a time.
Would you mind trying to go to your Fitbit account, and then settings, then applications. find where your MyFitnessPal is currently linked, and hit the "revoke access" button. Then can you wait about 15 minutes, and then log into your current MyFitnessPal account, then go to the main "apps" tab, find Fitbit and try linking the accounts again.
If you continue to run into the a problem, please reach out to our Customer Happiness team letting them know your issue, and include your Fitbit ID in your support request.
Here is how you get your Fitbit ID via your Fitbit app:
1. Tap on the You option in the lower right of the app
2. Tap on your name
