Easies or most people is fats: Nuts, seeds, avocados, nut butters, more frying, more oil/butter on veggies, that sort of thing.
However, if you're short on protein, boost that up to at least your MFP default goal first. Nutrition is important, too, and adequate protein is essential. Both protein and fats contain essential nutrients, things our bodies can't manufacture out of other intake. Carbs are fine, but not essential in that way. Most people get the needed minimum of fats without lots of effort/attention, but that's not as commonly true for protein. It's good to get your minimums of both protein and fats, and more than minimum is fine. Carbs are more flexible.

As I'm usually a bit short of fats I eat a few nuts or almonds. I have lots of different nuts at home, and I chose whatever I like. For more variability I have nuts in shells, roasted, salted, mixed with cranberries, etc. basically, I like nuts.
