No weight loss

HHi I'm new here and first week lossed 5lb and this nothing is this normal as so disharting

    Yes, it's normal. It's very common for people to have fast losses at first and then a stall: the fast losses are partially water weight and then the body recalibrates is water weight level.

    Patience is very important, you need at least 4 weeks to evaluate if you're strategy is working.

    Also: if you're only weighing once a week, you could just have weighed yourself on a 'high' day (our weight fluctuates daily due to water weight and food waste in your system).
