Free Trial

Received email stating I had a free trial of Premium however when I tried to select it I was asked to make full payment for a year

    Have you used a free trial before? Each user/account only gets access to one free trial of premium ever, regardless of what any marketing emails say.

    Hi no I’ve never used the free trial this is the second time in the last couple of months that I’ve received an email offer but been unable to redeem. I don’t understand why they don’t just apply it to your account automatically instead. They is no contact email so it doesn’t make me feel like they want to offer help
