A friend launched a new business today. If you have a food sensitivity or allergy, or have a friend who does, this will probably seem like a good idea to you.

    My dad is a celiac, so he could benefit from something like this. Most places, people don't have a clue. You tell them you are allergic to gluten, which includes flour and bread etc, and they bring you a plate where there clearly was a bun (the bread crumbs are still there), and your salad is covered in croutons.

    Awareness would be an awesome thing!
