I have osteopenia and was advised to take 1200 mgs of calcium including food. I just realized that the the app says that for 8 oz Almond Breeze it’s been saying it’s a fraction of the 450mg that’s actually in it. This needs to be corrected, but I don’t see how I can do this.

Choose another database item that is correct or create your own Almond Milk entry.
You can't change an item in your FOOD diary other than delete it and add one that's correct.
