    Hi, Katherine!

I'm not sure exactly what "stubborn weight" means. I'd been overweight/obese for around 30 years before losing around 50 pounds at age 59-60, plus menopausal and hypothyroid (medicated). Once I seriously committed to the process, I found it manageable, and have been at a healthy weight for 9+ years now since that loss. I hope that will be permanent!

Pretty much everyone has things that make weight loss feel hard. It can be things like I mentioned - menopause, age, hypothyroidism or other health conditions - that some people think are weight loss doom . . . or sabotaging relatives, high stress lives, physical characteristics that limit exercise.

IMO, the only reason to focus on those obstacles is to figure out how to get over, around, through or otherwise past them. Anything else is a waste of useful time and energy. IME, success is possible with the right personalized plan, and commitment to it. My advice will always be to try to make a simple-to-follow plan, rather than a "lose weight fast" plan.

    Wishing you success!

Yes that’s why I started a glp1 it’s so hard for my body to lose weight otherwise and the food noise is hard to deal with been on Zepbound since march incorporated with low carb and walking daily has helped me
