Need help just rejoined

HI,
I just rejoined MyFitnessPal and gained weight my second week since back. I literally track everything and want to know what to do. I was on weight watchers where I was losing weight and constantly starving. With MyFitnessPal I don’t find myself that hungry which is awesome. What should I do? Thanks!

Patience is one of the most important elements for weight loss... Our weight fluctuates naturally and 2 weeks is too soon to make changes. Wait at least 4 weeks (or one menstrual cycle if applicable) to te determine if your calorie goal is appropriate. Are you using a weight trend app like Libra or Happyscale? Sometimes it can help give some perspective beyond the individual daily fluctuations.

Libra is for Android and Happyscale for iOS (and there are some other alternatives too, I believe, but I'm not familiar with them)
