i’ve had trouble losing last couple help me track and eat less and also help me motivate myself to go to the gym more and if you do go to the good if you don’t but motivate yourself to do that do 3 miles on a bike or elliptical or do a lap walking on a track for a and then just let you be you and do what you wanna do because I did that first time I was at the gym. I did not know what I was doing just last night when I went I could barely hardly stand because I cause I did work myself so hard you and you work yourself harder than you think you can and then go further and further.
