Whole30

Good morning! Does anyone here practice Whole30? I am new, searched for groups but was unsuccessful 🤷🏼‍♀️

No, my understanding is that most people on MFP are macro tracking (if it fits your macros), calorie counting in general, and maybe choose to eat specific foods to meet their goals . I think whole 30 is a book,/ Internet program for 30 days

I have done multiple rounds to address food intolerances, with great success, and am quite knowledgeable about it, but it is neither a weight loss diet, nor something that's recommended to follow long terms (it is designed to eliminate common triggers then reintroduce them in a controlled manner to assess any effects), so I wouldn't recommend it for anything but that purpose.

Having said that, it literally saved my lifestyle, I had vestibular migraines that were so debilitating I was looking at stopping full time work, and doing Whole30 got rid of them, and helped me identify my triggers.

Thank you for your comments. I have researched quite a bit and am planning to practice Whole30 for the month of Sept as a reset. Just was wondering if there were a group for support.

Not on MFP, but there are some good Facebook groups - Whole30 BEGINNERS, and Keep Calm and Whole 30 On are both active and friendly.
