starting over

Well, I had it all down for a couple of years. Had the 6 pack and everything. How easily I lost my food discipline. So I been working out the last 6 weeks consistently, weights and cardio. Lost a few inches but really wanting to get that stomach back for my cruise in May. So, here i am again. Calorie deficit (good calories, not garbage food) is the only thing that has worked for me out of all the other types of diets out there. I guess I have not found anything sustainable yet. For a while I was thinking…just workout and be healthy. I wasn't satisfied after a while as my weight steadily climbed from 178 back up to 210 over the past year. The only thing good right now is my blood pressure.

I think a lot of us have been where you are so don’t feel bad. Good news is you’ve done it before and you’re giving yourself plenty of time to do it again!
