RI30 or 30 day shred results?

5'1, about 116lb.. Not really that bothered about losing weight anymore, wouldn't mind if I lost a few extra or gained from muscle, not too fussed! I've borrowed both the 30 day shred and Ripped in 30 from a friend, who got pretty good results from them!

I'm not expecting a miracle or anything, just trying to tighten up a bit, etc! (You've heard it all before! :tongue: ) And just wondering if anyone has had any success with them? How to get the most out of them etc? Not expecting to be all muscles and no fat after just 30 days, of course, just wondering how effective they can be!

    they are very effective. i have done 30ds 3 times and rin30 twice. i never lost weight, only inches. i am doing t25 right now and then doing a combo on t25 and clx after i am done till the end of the year but i am thinking of doing 30ds and rin30 for the new year again for a few months to mix it up again. I am pretty much at goal weight, too just want to tone up a bit more
