What should we eat in early morning before hitting gym for intermediate gymmer

If you're eating a small breakfast, then about 20 minutes gives the food enough time to start to hit the bloodstream and provide energy for the workout.
If you eat a large breakfast, maybe more like an hour to minimize stomach cramping.

Oh, my bad, you asked WHAT, not WHEN. Sorry.
A small breakfast of easily digested carbs with a small shot of protein is great. For example, an apple with peanut butter, or two eggs scrambled with a slice of toast. This gives you a small shot of energy to get you going, along with priming the digestive system to help carry nutrients to the muscles, which helps kick-start the recovery process even before the workout begins.

another great but light pre-workout meal is a whey protein shake with 1 or 2 rice cakes with a teaspoon of peanut or almond butter.
