That last few pounds...

I have about 10lbs I'd like to lose. I have been stuck at 145-150lbs for MONTHS. I do Body Beast and T25. I eat mostly clean and almost always gluten free. I eat around 2200 per day right now for my bulking phase and will drop to 1700 next week to cut (this is my second round of BB). I don't necessarily need to see the scale go down, but I do have some body fat left on my tummy and inner thighs. ANY suggestions on how I can eliminate this? Thank you!

Cut with high protein, get plenty of sleep..
It makes sense you weren't losing while bulking. Your cut should work.0 -
I agree, but didn't see much change during my last cut either. Just trying to figure out what to do different this time around!0
