Premium not showing on account

My Premium subscription renewed March 2025 but I'm not seeing that it's active on my account. How do I have someone look into this?

Sorry, the email I saw was for my wife's account. It looks like I need to renew.

For future reference, the way to handle something like that would be to contact MFP support through the Help function.
Here in this section of the Community, you're just talking to other regular users with no more power than you have yourself. There are only a couple of Community sections that MFP staff routinely read, and even there they'll direct you to MFP support for solving individual bugs or problems.
