I want lose weight!!!

I've tried several diets and excercises, still i can't see the results. .. my weight remains same. So, this my first time to start calorie deficit diet.. we'll see where it ends!

    how long have the other diets and exercise programs lasted? A week, month, year?

    I’m going to challenge you to buy a food scale, weigh and log for at least sixty days.

    Too many people come here, lose several pounds, generally water weight” the first week or two they’re hammering away at it, and then quit when their weight bounces up two or three pounds, thinking the “diet has failed.” Nope. They just weren’t patient.

    It’s not straight line. It’s like climbing down Everest. If it was straight, you could sit on a. Sled and slide all the way back to base camp. But it’s not. There’s peaks, valleys, crevasses, glacial periods, all kinds of stuff on that way down.
