Nausea
What helps you guys with nausea during a calorie deficit, ive been feeling like i am just absolutely going to throw up everyday

Can you be any more specific about why you're nauseous? A calorie deficit shouldn't be doing that - are you restricting severely? How many calories are you eating? are you eating things you usually wouldn't? If you're feeling like this daily, you need to identify and treat the cause, not just the symptom.

I’ve felt this recently, I was so used to eating bad I think that’s why but I can tell it’s going away now thankfully.

I hope you aren't restricting too much but here are some ways I feel better:
→Drinking tea-anything warm, it soothes the stomach
→Gum
→Sleeping
→Drinking water or warm water0 -
When I first begin a calorie deficit I go through what I seems like withdrawal symptoms which includes nausea, headaches and just not feeling well in general. For nausea I eat a few dill pickle slices. These symptoms usually go away after the first week or so of your calorie deficit. It’s hard, but keep enduring.
