Hi! I am new here and desperate to lose this weight. Covid was not kind and due to health issues and steriods for a year my weight has PACKED on and doesn't want to go away! I need some help staying accountable and someone to share ideas, snack and meal ideas with. Anyone interested? I have GOT to get this weight off.
I just turned 42 and have never been this big. 😥
