Best 5 ingredient or less recipes?

hello,
I’m new to this community. I tried Noom last year and had a good experience. Lost 15lbs in 6 months. It stayed steady for about a year.
I’ve gained 5lbs again in the last couple of months and want to get back to healthier eating before I keep on gaining weight.
I’d be glad to share more of what’s worked for me.
I’d love to hear if you have any favorite recipes that are 5 ingredients or less. One of the keys to what worked for me was to simplify and make the meals and prep super easy.
Thank you!
Happy healthy journeys to all!!!
Maria

Soy chicken with noodles
Ingredients:
Chicken tenderloins 1 lb
Soy sauce, 1-2 cups
Egg noodles (buttered optional) 1 cup
Steamed vegetable of choiceSeasonings:
Garlic 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp (optional)
Crushed red pepper 1 tspInstructions: Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Add 1 tsp of olive oil or use a non-stick cooking spray. Heat chicken for 3-4 minutes, flip, cook an additional 3-4 minutes. Remove to a plate. In same skillet, add a half cup water, plus the soy sauce and seasonings, stir. Return chicken to skillet, reduce heat to low, allow to simmer while you prepare the noodles in a separate pot per package directions; flip chicken halfway through cooking the noodles. After noodles are drained, add butter if desired, then serve everything together. (Vegetables which work well with this meal include Brussel sprouts, broccoli or corn.)
