Substitutions for ingredients should be allowed in the meal planner to allow for further customisation/personalisation of meals

For example, if a recipe calls for almond milk but you prefer oat milk, or if you swap out one type of protein for another, you could make these adjustments seamlessly. This would improve the accuracy of calorie and macronutrient tracking and save users time from having to manually edit or create new recipes.
