Hi, here to track my progress and food intake

I am currently working on achieving my first 6 pack abs…just because I’m retired and bored and figured “why not?” Lol.
I have been mainly keto for last several years with a lot of cheat days…but the last 3 months I have been a strict diet but still never hungry and always eat something when I feel hungry..very important not to let your brain/body think it’s starving…
I’m experimenting with a diet plan focused on gut bacteria health and so far have had good results.
I suffer gout flares and I read maintaining a healthy gut is the cure to preventing gout and allowing us to eat what we want -in moderation of course!
I just started using the workout routines on this app today actually- I stay “looking in shape” by doing random handyman projects for people but that isn’t consistent and so I have tried to take morning walks every now and then, but 1 mile is all I am up to so far..
I hope I can offer motivation and support to anyone who is like me and doesn’t really enjoy working out at a gym or has a somewhat broken body that prevents strenuous exercise. I have made decent progress in my weight loss and I don’t have a workout routine but I am blessed to be able to stay active with helping people with projects that keep me moving and off the couch during the day.
May 2025 I was 225lbs Aug 1st I was 195lbs mainly diet changes.
