Hello Everyone!
I'm new to the community and am in desperate need of your help...
I really need to make this change, but I have absolutely no idea how to go about doing it...
I am completely changing my way of eating...but i'm not sure if i'm even going about it right.
What should I eat?
What should I not eat?
How often should I eat?
I am literally a toddler when it comes to all of these things...
Can someone hold my hand and show me the way?
Haha.
Anyways, i'd just really appreciate any feedback, suggestions, or diet plans.
Good Luck everyone!!

Step 1: Go to the Goals link on this website
Step 2: Set your calorie and macro goals
Step 3: Learn how to read the nutrition labels on foods - you are primarily interested in carbs, protein, fats, sodium and sugars
Step 4: Meet your calorie and macros goals daily- no excuses
Step 5: You wanna eat more than what MFP gives you? Get to the gym and earn the extra calories. If not, well too bad!0 -

What you need to do is find a way to create a sustainable calorie deficit. Ideally, this should be through a combination of eating less and exercising more. In your profile, it says you enjoy swimming. That is an excellent way to start. Good luck!0 -

To add to this - eat lots whole food - veggies, fruit, meats, etc - but include things that you like. You don't have to deprive yourself, you need to learn to balance.0 -
Thank you very much for the input thus far.
I greatly appreciate it.0
