Hello from NWA!

Hi all! I've came here from using Cronometer for a long time, and I switched to MyFitnessPal recently because MyFitnessPal integrates with my new Garmin smartwatch. I'm 35 and live in northwest Arkansas. I love riding my bicycle on the many wonderful trails around here. I also love playing basketball, lifting weights, and (above all) listening to audiobooks. I am very stoked about my new smartwatch's ability to track workouts, automatically adjust calories based on my activity, and remind me to move regularly throughout the day. I'm mainly interested in gaining weight right now, as I have always been skinny. I'm at 160 lbs / 6' 3" tall right now. I aim to gain about 10 lbs by end of year. I've always struggled with digestion, so eating exactly the right amount of food is very important to me.
