Hi! I'm new to fitness and looking to make friends

Hi! I'm quite new to tracking my fitness goals. My body has gained weight over the past years, ever since being a mom, plus working a desk job. I've tried diets and workouts before, but none of them really worked well for me, and I got demotivated. Eventually, I let go and my weight got worse.

Now, I'm working on myself again. Doing home workouts and trying to track my health. I haven't lost much, but I desperately need to do so this time, especially for my long-term goals. Hopefully, this app and community will help me get there! 😊
