I lost ten pounds and have nobody to share my achievement with.

I am new here, and I wanted to ask how you guys get and keep the weight off? I lost ten pounds and don’t want to backtrack. I started eating intuitively and it seems to be working for me but I need to start logging my meals more often. Any tips/advice?

As context, I lost around 50 pounds and have stayed at a healthy goal weight around there for 9+ years since.
Some people choose to log their eating long term (I do), but other people use different tactics, like preplanned eating patterns or intuitive eating.
I think a key thing is to have a maintenance weight range in mind, encompassing the day to day variations the person might normally see on the scale. Then, if weight wanders above the top end of that range for more than a day or so, it may be a time to cut back a bit on eating, or add a bit more activity, until weight creeps back down toward the lower end of that range.
Attention and early intervention like that is a useful thing, when it comes to staying at a healthy weight. A single exact maintenance weight isn't realistic, IMO, though.
