Does anyone use a rebounder or trampoline for exercise? Do you feel it has made a significant impact with your exercise routine? Have you seen a good weight loss with it?

The amount of rebounding you're likely to do won't have as much impact on your weight as simply cutting back on food.
If it's something you like and will do regularly, then yes use it. It's easy, and it will help increase your general fitness and balance. The calories burned will help, but food is where your focus will really pay off.
