Orange juice?

Hello all-

I’ve been drinking 4 ounces of high pulp OJ every morning when I take my meds/supplements. For the past few weeks I’ve noticed that after I get to work and after I eat breakfast, I get extremely tired and sleepy. For context here are details- OJ at approximately 715 am. Breakfast at 810 which is 3 eggs over easy with buttered rye bread. About 9am is when I experience this “crash”. I’m sleeping 7-8 hours a night. I’m wondering if it’s the sugar content of the juice? Otherwise I can’t figure out why this is happening.
thanks

If it were me, I'd try the experiment of taking the meds with water for a few days, and see if that makes a difference.

I don't think most healthy people would get a crash from a small amount of OJ when it's followed up with a solid breakfast. But individuals differ, and you don't say whether you have relevant health conditions.

If you haven't done it, you might want to check whether OJ is contraindicated with some of your meds/supplements. Similar to grapefruit, OJ can increase the side effects of certain medications and supplements, or interefere with their being properly absorbed. If that's too confusing, the pharmacist at your drug store may be able to advise you.

sugar crash. OJ has increased concentrated sugar.
