Good fats/Bad fats
Can anyone advise me on why my MFP app suggests that my nutritional daily intake of saturated fats is 21g while polyunsaturated and monounsturated fats are both 0g.
As a "bad fat", Saturated fats should be limited while mono and poly fats are seen as "good fats"
Any advice or opinions please.

Because while there is a suggested limit on the amount of sat fat you should have, there is no agreed target for others, so they leave it at 0. They're not actually suggesting you aim for none (though it can seem that way), they have just left it for users to set their own target, or not.
MFP targets are pretty much ok, as a baseline, for the macros (total fat, carbs, protein) but anything more nuanced than that is left up to the user doing their own research.
