Protein in eggs?

Newbie here. I just tracked 2 eggs and it shows up as 0 protein. How can that be true?

No, not at all. Depending on the size of egg it would likely be 6-7 grams. Keep in mind many of the entries are user entered and some users don't bother with macros like protein. Look for one with a verified checkmark and check that it has protein.

You've chosen an incorrect or incomplete entry, the database is full of town, unfortunately!

There are some bad eggs in the database.

I dread to see how many entries there are for eggs. Try scanning the barcode on the actual eggs you're eating and see what comes up.

LOL, someone did this exactly the other day, then posted about how they couldn't believe eggs could have so much sodium. Turns out those details were wrong, too.

Lol, so nothing's changed then? Good to know 😹
Also, hi!!

OMG Hi!!! Long time!! How are you?? And hahah nope, aside from the newsfeed disappearing, very little has changed!

So long!! 😹
I'm…okay (me/cfs 🙄). How are you doing??? And wft with getting rid of newsfeed? Where's my incentive to log daily and keep my streak going?? Tbh, if I'm actually going to get back to properly calorie counting (which I need to 🙄), I'll just use Cronometer, cos it's better. Also no friend requests from skivvy scammer guys there 😹
Flick me a dm and we can continue catching up there 😊

I am also new here…but I think it is a database error.2 egg should around 12g protein…
Try picking one with a green checkmark (verified)

I must admit I'm always finding entries that state incorrect sodium values. Example of my lunch today butterbeans in a Cesar style dressing, pack says 0.63grams of salt. The barcode scan stated this was equal to 6300mg of sodium! Obviously incorrect and well above daily recommendations.
For reference 1g salt=roughly 390mg of sodium.
If it's an item I'm going to have regularly I'll follow the report food links, enter the package details, add my name and save it to my foods so I don't have to keep correcting it.
