How do you beat the afternoon blahs at work?

It's 2:30-4:30 in the afternoon at work. This is when I typically mosey over to my coworker's office…you know, the one with the candies in it…
I need to buckle back down on my diet and would like to avoid that candy.
What do YOU do to push yourself through those afternoon blahs?
I'm looking for ideas for either/both: portable/healthier snacks and/or things that will get me to ignore that desire and get through the afternoon.
I know this is basically a work issue, as I don't feel those same kind of cravings on the weekends.
What works for you?

Tea! I have a huge range of herbal teas, all sorts of flavours. I like the ones with bold flavours, like chai or other spiced, but there's so many to choose from. Having a cup of herbal tea scratches that flavour-seeking itch, and warms and fills my tummy.

I drink warm water from the hot water machine and eat an apple.

Retired now, but back in the day: Desk stretches, meditation break, short outdoor walk if weather permits.
