New journey….

hi— 66 and transitioning to a cleaner approach to eating and increasing my activity. Some of my eating habits and choices the past few decades are just not working well for me. I want to try something in a new.direction. WW in the past was my go to.. however, I like the format of MFP a bit better. About two weeks in and trying to eat my macros —but it’s hard …. Especially increasing my protein intake. Thanks!
