Never Give Up!

Over several years I sometimes tried losing weight but when I ate more than I should on any day I would give up so I never really got past 1 week or so. I started MyFitnessPal July, 2025 and yes, there were some days that I ate more than I should but I continued logging in my foods and that in itself became a motivation to continue. After 2 weeks or so I noticed some pounds lost so I continued and now end August, 2025 I lost 8.2 pounds! I'm absolutely thrilled and this has encouraged me to go back to some exercise. So, no matter how many times you 'break out' it's never a lost cause so just keep trying!
