Allow feedback on recipe errors

I was looking at a recipe that is from your database, but there is an ingredient error, so I dont know if the nutritional info is correct, and there is no way to report the error so that you can correct it. I am trying to upload a screenshot here, but the app keeps sending an error message.

It is the "Tuna and White Bean Salad Wrap" found in high protein meal suggestions. The instructions say to mix together ingredients (including yogurt) but yogurt is not listed in the ingredients list. Please update the recipe to reflect correct recipe plan and ingredients, with correct nutritional info. Disappointed to find this error and have so much difficulty in reporting it. As a paying member, I'd like to be able to trust app-provided recipes and at least have a quick easy way to flag it for evaluation if there are errors.
