Hello picky eater here

I found some good recipes that I like for my breakfast to be anywhere around 250 cal or less. I try to keep my lunches at 300 cal or less which me quite open to being able to eat a actually eat. I also have been walking more 5000 steps is a lot for me. I looked at my average prior to starting this and it was like Anywhere from 63 steps to 200 today I went over 6000 steps for the first time, but my feet are quite sore so I’m investing in some socks to my doggies like to go with me on my walks. One is a service dog and the other is not.
