Queso Blanco Recipes??

Hi. Does anyone have recipes for Queso Blanco? I recently bought a 2-pack of it from Costco and now not sure what to do with them. Would love some sort of dip recipe..... does not have to be low cal. Please help !

    I assume you mean queso blanco as in the crumbly white cheese (queso fresco?) and not a white hot queso dip? it's a pretty generic term that just means white cheese, so people use it to describe a number of things. If you mean the crumbly cheese I love it in wraps and on top of salads.

    We had queso fresco and cilantro in our chili tonight and it was freakin' amazing. On the other hand, if you're looking for a good queso blanco recipe, well, we have one of those too. :)
