getting over the hump

Ok, Here's the skinny. I have lost some 25 Lbs since March using fitnesspal. I log and keep track, as much as possible, being a Merchant Mariner on a ship and guessing calorie's is some times difficult, because most of the food is Generic, but I doing as best as I can in that area. So now I'm stuck @ 205-209 range and cant get beyond it (for like 2 1/2 months....the first 20 lbs seemed easy, lost that in 2 months). Starting to do some strength training now to firm/tone, but still nothing. Without using pills, drinks, or any other junk, how do I get more off. My goal is 190-195. As stated before, I'm on a ship, so changing my diet wont work...I eat what they make or starve...LOL. Little info would be great. Thanks
