Is there a way add a water goal?
I thought there was a way to add a water goal to my nutrition goals, but I am unable to find it. Can you help?

Thank you for the great suggestion regarding the ability to edit the Water Goal set by MyFitnessPal. We will definitely consider it for a future update!
At this time the water goal is set to 85oz for men and 64 oz for women. We base our water goal off of the recommendation from the National Academy of Sciences. This goal takes into account selections made during account creation, and is meant to be a minimum that takes into account all fluids, and not just water. We do recommend our members pay attention to their thirst levels and hydrate when thirsty, and to adjust their intake based their own needs. We do also recommend our members talk to their doctor or nutritionist in order to get any water/liquid intake recommendations tailored to their specific needs.
