Creating recipes into MFP for the public

Hi- I am having trouble figuring out the answer to this question and no matter what I try it does not work for me. I am creating a recipe book and want to add my recipes into MFP for customers to be able to search and log into their diary. It seems like this isn’t possible until you get approved to do so? Does anyone know anything about this or have experience with this? Thanks!

While it is not currently possible to copy a recipe directly from another user's recipe list, it is possible to copy recipes once they've been logged to the food diary as a meal.

Not at the moment it's not - the Recipes has been broken for 6 weeks (I sent yet another chaser email 5 minutes ago) and I can't copy or edit a recipe and then successfully add it to my Diary. It's basic stuff, a fundamental page for many who regularly batch cook and then assign '1 portion' for that day's lunch or dinner, perhaps over a long period if the other portions were frozen, yet this hasn't worked since early August.
