I joined the 5% Challenge many years ago. At the time, my go to for eating a "meal" was cake, and ice cream, Twinkies, all the while drinking 6 to 9 cans of regular Pepsi a day! Of course, I knew I knew that was not healthy. My weight was nearly 300 lbs!! Now I am under 200. From using a powerchair 97% of the time, to giving it away!
How did I do this? I joined the seasonal 5% challenge!! We invite YOU to have your own success story also!
