Hello my first time

Hello, my name is Sheryl Mears, and I started my fitness pal back in 2015 in the month of June and it’s been a slow process for me to lose all the weight I have to lose. I’ve lost 182 pounds so far but I’m overall that I’ve done I’ve lost 222 pounds but my Gain’s are starting to come back now and I need a point I don’t know what to eat. And that’s because everything is like gross to me and it’s frustrating cause I’m hungry and I don’t know what I want. And I don’t know why it is this way. It would be a big help if I could have someone to talk to and would help me guide me through this so I can get down to 145 I have I gained weight back. I got as far as down as 198 but right now I’m back up to 234 and it’s I can’t walk it’s hard on my lungs where I have five roses fibrosis gets my heart pumping too hard and I can’t breathe so I can’t do any kind of exercise really…. Maybe somebody can help me here.
