New here
Hello my names Nick i’m new to this app but not entirely new to exercising. Started exercising during the covid shutdown and have stayed pretty consistent since, with the occasional fall of the wagon so to speak. Been doing majority of P90X3 which iv enjoyed but over the years have gotten very stale to me. just recently purchased a stationary bike which iv enjoyed and hoping to get me into trying some marathons. Anyways is there any workout programs like P90X that anyone would recommend me? i have a weight bench on my porch but not much on gym memberships at the moment, i work on the railroad it’s hard to incorporate that in my everyday routine as of now. may change later, anyways thanks for any ideas/recommendations.
